To initiate a return, please contact our team at namaste@induactive.com and provide your order number. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. For orders within the USA, Indu will provide a USPS return label for your convenience. For international orders, the cost of return shipping must be covered by the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. Once your return is received and inspected, we can process your refund. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Once processed, you can expect to see this reflected on your statement within 3-10 business days. Certain items, marked as final sale, cannot be returned or exchanged. You may change your shipping address after you place an order by contacting customer service below. Typically, you can only do this the same day an order was placed because items are shipping as fast as possible. If an item has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to change the address.

No, we do not. If your order somehow passes our system with a PO Box address, this will cause delays.
