Self-acceptance is a key ingredient of healing this chakra. The Heart Chakra also tells us how we see the world and the way we feel about life. Do you believe that the world is a safe, loving place? Do you feel valued by other people? Are your needs being met? If not, then it's time to heal this chakra first in order to move forward on a heart felt path.
